this is a 'fan art' of sorts of the conjurer from the (relatively) old pc game: "dark legions"
though i'm not the biggest fan of the gameplay, at the time it was released i was totally amazed by the sprite artwork in it. i had no idea how it was possible to draw anything like that on the computer, but it really inspired me to get more into digital art. so this is sort of my 'tribute' to it  i took quite a bit of liberty with the design of her dress and the inside of the portal, but i think i stayed pretty true to the original game with the background and sky. oh and if you haven't played it, the conjurer summons up various demons out of that portal i drew behind her.. when they walk out of the portal it's actually a square, but as it's expanding it sort of morphs into it from a triangle shape Daily DeviationGiven 2002-05-04Yesterday's DD was a prequel leading up to this piece. The latest from this amazingly talented artist. the conjurer by darkhalo really brings the game, "dark legions", to life. The apparent hard work and attention to detail really paid off.
